An accurate shipping address needs to be supplied when placing an order. Failing such the customer bears full responsibility for delayed deliveries or lost shipments. Customers need to provide a mobile number, email address, delivery address, and the name of the recipient for all orders.

We do not hold ourselves in any way responsible for events beyond our control during transportation of goods. Products are sold without insurance or guarantees of any kind and Afrique Rising Trading is not liable for the performance and/or yield of products. No other guarantee is given regarding the suitability of spawn for purposes beyond those recommended by our instructions or against loss due
to factors beyond our control. Should you experience problems with spawn, please contact us immediately. cannot Afrique Rising Trading guarantee the production of fruit bodies (mushrooms) due to the many environmental factors beyond our control.

All spawn, cultures, and grow kits are custom produced and lead times apply depending on species and availability. Our cultures and spawn do not come with instructions, as it is expected that customers purchasing these items are sufficiently knowledgeable and skilled regarding the cultivation of mushrooms. Afrique Rising Trading accepts no liability for damage caused to products by acts of God.

Reishi is not used to cure any medical condition. Always consult a medical practitioner. Not to be taken before surgery.

Afrique Rising Trading can only process your order on receipt of full payment.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1011 TAWANA CRESCENT, UNIT 5, MMABATHO, MAHIKENG, SOUTH AFRICA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
